Emmitt Trimble is a 33 year resident of Alaska; 30 of those years have been enjoyed on the Southern Kenai Peninsula in the heart of world-class fresh and salt water fisheries; as well as moose, caribou, and bear habitat.

Emmitt and his wife Mary have been developing and selling real estate, particularly recreational, waterfront, and second home or retirement properties since 1975.
